Description
Femara is letrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor originally developed for ER-positive breast cancer. In a performance context it’s a stronger, faster AI than Arimidex — useful on heavily-aromatizing cycles where estrogen gets out of hand fast.
Most people keep it on hand as a rescue tool rather than a daily habit: 0.5–1.25mg every other day at the first sign of estrogen-related side effects (puffiness, mood swings, sensitive nipples). Blood work is strongly recommended before starting — crashing estrogen is as bad for your lipids, joints, and mood as a runaway E2.
Pack of 30 tablets at 2.5mg, scored for easy quartering.
Third-party HPLC results published per batch on the lab results page.
Ships domestically within the US via USPS Priority Mail, vacuum-sealed and unbranded. Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) or Zelle. No card statements.
Bloodwork before and after is a good habit with any compound.
