Ordering

Is the site secure?

TLS on every page. Payment addresses are generated per-order. We store order history on our own server, not a third-party CRM.

Do I have to use my real name and address?

The shipping address has to be real — the package has to get to you. Billing/contact name can be whatever you want; USPS doesn’t match shipping labels to IDs.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, up until dispatch. Email support with your order number. Once the tracking number’s been created we can’t pull it back.

Payment

Which cryptocurrencies?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, or SOL — whichever has the lowest network fee at checkout).

Why the 5% crypto discount?

Crypto payments have near-zero processing fees on our end, and they clear in minutes. Card processors charge 2.9% + chargeback risk. We’d rather share the savings.

Why no credit cards?

No US card processor will work with this product category, and they won’t for the foreseeable future. Anyone offering “card checkout” on a site like this is using a high-risk processor that will drop them inside three months — usually mid-order.

Zelle is a bank transfer. Isn’t that traceable?

Yes. Zelle payments are visible to your bank. The receiving account is in a business name unrelated to anything on this site. If your bank flags the payment they’ll ask you what it was for; you don’t have to tell them. Most of our customers use crypto for exactly this reason.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

US fulfillment center. Exact state varies by product category — temperature-sensitive items ship from a cold-chain facility.

How fast?

Dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation. USPS Priority Mail is typically 2–4 business days coast-to-coast.

Is the package discreet?

Vacuum-sealed, odor-masked, plain cardboard box with a generic return address. Nothing on the outside identifies sender or contents.

PO boxes?

USPS delivers to PO boxes just fine. Yes.

What if tracking doesn’t update?

Give it 48 hours after the initial scan — USPS can be slow to update during surges. After 10 business days of no movement, email us and we’ll reship once at no charge.

Products

What does “lab-tested” mean?

Every batch goes through HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) at an independent lab. Certificates publish per-batch on the lab results page, matched by batch code.

Original manufacturer packaging?

Varies. Pharma-grade products (Humatrope, Genotropin, Humalog, etc.) ship in manufacturer boxes with lot numbers intact. UGL products (Apoxar, Beligas, etc.) ship in their respective UGL packaging. Nothing is re-bottled by us.

What about contaminants?

HPLC catches potency and major impurities. For endotoxin and sterility we rely on the manufacturer’s upstream testing for pharma products; for UGL products we spot-check via external lab twice per year.

Problems

My package didn’t arrive.

Email support with your order number. If USPS tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we reship once free. Exceptions: refused deliveries, wrong address on your end.

I received the wrong product.

Send a photo to support. We ship the correct item and send a return label for the wrong one — or just keep it, your call, depending on what it is.

Does the vial look damaged?

Photo it in the box before you unpack anything, email us, we’ll overnight a replacement and let you discard the damaged one.
