How to place, pay, track, and troubleshoot.


Placing your first order

  1. Browse the catalog and add what you want to your cart.
  2. At checkout, pick your payment method (crypto or Zelle) and enter your shipping address.
  3. Review the order, confirm.
  4. You’ll get a payment address and amount. Send payment from your wallet or bank within 60 minutes.
  5. Once the payment confirms on-chain (or Zelle clears), your order moves to dispatch.
  6. Dispatch happens within 48 hours. You’ll get a tracking number by email.

Paying with crypto

Full walkthrough on the crypto payment guide. Short version: any US-supported exchange (Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken) sells you the coin; you send the exact amount we show at checkout; order auto-confirms at two network confirmations.

Paying with Zelle

Pick Zelle at checkout. We show you a business name and email/phone to send to. Send the exact amount and include the order number in the memo. Zelle clears in minutes during business hours, slightly slower on weekends.

Tracking your order

The email we send after dispatch contains a USPS tracking number. Paste it at USPS Track & Confirm. Typical updates: accepted, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.

Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days

Give it 48 hours after the initial scan; USPS batches scans unevenly. If it’s been five+ days with no movement, email support.

My package didn’t arrive

After 10 business days of no tracking movement, email support with your order number. We reship at no charge.

Reading a lab certificate

Every shipment includes (or links to) a batch certificate. The things to check:

  • Batch number matches the code printed on the vial or bottle.
  • Active ingredient matches the product you ordered.
  • Measured concentration is within ±5% of the label claim.
  • Impurities are flagged on the certificate if any are above detection limit; typically this row is empty for pharma products.

Refunds, reships, missing items

Reply to the order confirmation email with what’s wrong. We handle these individually — no returns form, no waiting for a ticket to get approved. Resolution is usually 24–48 hours.
