How to pay with crypto

Faster, more private, and 5% cheaper. Here’s the whole thing in five steps.

The short version

  1. Put the product(s) in your cart and hit checkout.
  2. Pick Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT as your payment method.
  3. We show a wallet address and an exact amount. Send that amount from your own wallet or exchange within 60 minutes.
  4. The order confirms automatically once the transaction has two network confirmations (10–20 minutes on BTC, usually faster on ETH/USDT).
  5. Your order ships within 48 hours of that confirmation.

If you don’t have a wallet yet

Pick the one your state supports:

  • Cash App — fastest onboard for US users. Buy BTC in-app, then send.
  • Coinbase — broad asset support, higher fees.
  • Kraken or Gemini if you already have an account and prefer lower trading fees.
  • Phantom if you want USDT on Solana for near-zero network fees.

The exchange sells you the coin; the wallet holds it. Cash App and Coinbase combine both in one app — easiest for a first-time buyer.

Why the 60-minute window

Crypto prices move. We quote a fixed USD amount converted at the moment of checkout. After 60 minutes the quote expires — refresh it from the order page and we’ll give you an updated address and amount.

What if I underpay or overpay?

Send the exact amount shown. If you underpay, we hold the order until you top up. If you overpay, we refund the difference to the same sending address, or apply it to your next order — your call. Either way, email support with your order number and we’ll sort it.

Troubleshooting

“Transaction pending for hours”

Network congestion. Give BTC up to 6 hours during busy windows. If a block explorer shows your tx as confirmed, we see it.

“I sent it to the wrong address”

Crypto transactions can’t be reversed. Always copy-paste, never retype. If you sent to the right address but the wrong amount, we can refund; if you sent to a completely wrong address, the coin is gone and we can’t help.

“My exchange blocked the withdrawal”

Some platforms (Coinbase, Cash App) flag outbound transfers to unknown addresses. Reach out to their support; it’s almost always resolvable with a one-time verification step.

Don’t want to use crypto?

Zelle works too. Slightly slower, no 5% discount. Pick Zelle at checkout and follow the instructions.
