Humalog Mix 25 is Eli Lilly’s biphasic insulin: 25% rapid-acting lispro, 75% protamine-suspended intermediate. A short initial peak covers the meal; the protamine fraction carries blood glucose control through the next several hours.
In a performance context it’s typically used as a post-workout anabolic trigger, timed with a high-glycemic meal. Blood sugar monitoring is part of any insulin protocol.
